Absolutely terrible service as a company. All branches including this one are trash and you CANNOT get ahold of anyone at these establishments. If you do decide to enter a 2 1/2 to 3 hour call wait, you can expect a callback from someone not in this country yet looking at your information personally and financially. This company is a complete scam and I am trying my hardest to get my auto loan away from them.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY!

On a side note, whomever determined having a geriatric woman for their automated system must have failed school.

The service at THIS BRANCH is terrible. It is always a debate on weather or not they can assist or help a customer. Today Bailey, David, Brittany & Charlotte were all sitting around the high top eating and having personal convo when I walked in for assistance with my account. It took 2-3 minutes of all of them debating back and forth for them to then decide ok yea we can help. Then I walk into the office with David and give him my feedback that this branch is always difficult to work with and seems like customer service is lacking for his reply “that’s not true” and extremely combative, when I asked for names to file a complaint I was faced with attitude. I absolutely will be closing all of my accounts both personal and business. You all wouldn’t have a job if it weren’t for your customers, maybe one day this lesson will be learned and you will understand how customer service and retail works. I just wanted to add another account and give you all more business only for you to have lost it all!

I am not sure what possessed the minds of these owners and branch workers to do an event next to a school on a Monday and force all of the younger kids families through a carpool line unexpectedly and have workers working event parking in the morning with parents who drop their kids off every day with the “It’s not my problem what you do with your 5 year old it’s our event” kind of attitude.

Thank you kindly now I see the mission of the company and I will never go to this bank I’ll never let my friends or family try this bank if this is the people you hire to represent your business and you take over a school parking area for your benefits. No thanks.
