This Bank in my opinion treated me and my good friend and employee with absolute disrespect.
I’m caucasian, and he’s from India. When we told them that we wanted to do joint ventures together in purchasing a warehouse, they drew red flags.

Absolutely no excuse . We are Canadians looking for a Better life and growth in investments.
5 days to decline a bank account because they Assumed any money transferring from INDIA into my bank account would be fraud. Which is 100% incorrect.

This bank has nobody picking up the phone. And the financial consultant, never replies or picks up his phone.

Recently visited the ICICI Surrey branch and was thoroughly impressed with the service. The entire experience was seamless, starting from the moment I walked in. A special shout-out to Ms. Inderjit Kaur for her patience and expertise. She was incredibly supportive and ensured a smooth process from start to finish. Her follow-up till the completion was commendable and truly appreciated.
