Slowest branch in the lower mainland. Every member is served in min 10 to 15 minutes. 45 minutes in line. 3 wickets out of 4 open. Staff is avialable but not helping out to take care of extta volume...worst experience ever!

Went there 3 times. First time i was told I'd receive my card at home. Waited for 1 month. Nothing. In the end, took me from oct to dec to get my card delivered and eventually had to go to langley branch where my issue was taken care of. Also tried reaching business advisors of the branch- who would never be in office and wont answer calls. But would call back at least. Branch manager need to really have some staff in branch for business inquiries as its around busy mall and neighborhood.

I was referred to Coast Capital recently and after my first meeting with my financial advisor Jasleen, I couldn't be happier. The knowledge and helpfulness she has given me is invaluable. Immediately I chose to leave my current bank TD and switch to Coast Capital due to the exceptional level of customer service I have received so far.

The absolute worst bank. Aside from one good employee, I've never had a good experience with them. I've been with them for years and they preach about helping their clients do well financially but they never do anything to actually help you. I am going to close my account and go elsewhere. Why would I give my business to a place who doesn't practice what they preach.

I left TD today after 19 years to specifically only deal with C.C.S. The branch hours could be improved (open later) for those who have to work later. Most of the time it’s a pleasant experience. ABM are in good working order and tellers are nice.

There was one experience earlier this year that struck me as not customer friendly; there was a long long line on a Thursday evening. It went into the ABM Corridor - we had been waiting for 10-15mins me and 3 other people. A female teller came out rudely and said we’re closed. Didn’t take us in or bother to ask what we needed help with. She could of locked the main doors and got everyone through. The bank will lock its doors with 5-10mins before it actually closes.

The tellers need to speed up the process or they need more tellers. Most of its clients work jobs that go past 430/5 so to only be open until 5pm is a bit absurd as the world is opening back up.

Other than this 1 incident I love this bank and the services they offer.

A satisfactory banking experience, with the added bonus of free coffee! They aren't my first choice, since the checking and debit isn't as cheap (free) as president's choice, but having a branch with friendly staff makes up where the other is lacking.

I too am puzzled by the 1-star reviews for this branch, but then again yesterday was my first (and likely only) visit.

I'm not a customer but was written a cheque by one of your customers that my own credit union refused to touch, but had no hassle with you guys, your staff verified the cheque was real and the account had the funds and I walked away happy. Your staff were friendly and enthusiastic and if I wasn't already entrenched in that other place I'd be seriously considering switching.

Heh, but reading the complaints others have made, I see a pattern... "don't rush my visit" and "don't spend so much time on the customers before me". I apologize to anyone waiting behind me who had to wait a few minutes longer while my little mystery got solved. 🙂
