Bank machines are down more than up at this branch. Knowing the machines are down, not one teller looks up, or calls more people out to help. NO WORD EVER ON WHEN THE MACHINES WILL BE FIXED OR UPGRADED.

Shame on you Coast Capital! Your new partner Collabria is a disaster!
Paid my full balance for my new Collabria MasterCard, as I ALWAYS do. In fact, it was paid 4 business days early.
We recently transferred through our credit union, Coast Capital Savings, from Desjardins Visa as Coast Capital changed its credit card partnership. We followed ALL the written instructions by Collabria to pay the final Desjardins balance to Collabria, as mentioned above. After all this, how does Collabria welcome the clients of their new partner?
*THEY CHARGE US INTEREST* But they didn't call it interest. They called it "merchandise finance charge". For what? For paying my full balance early? I escalated and their Customer Service supervisor had ZERO people skills, ZERO customer service skills, and ZERO ownership of responsibilities skills. They said they will APPLY to request a change, and IF accepted, it will take AT LEAST 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS for someone to have a look. They made ZERO promises to fix THEIR PROBLEM, their own internal system issue.
I will NOT pay any fake charges or fake interest due as a result of their incompetence. And, I will be cancelling this card ASAP as they have many, MANY issues.
Run away from Collabria!!! Collabria, you graduated!!!

As a customer of coast capital, very disappointed with their slow service! Weekday morning 3-4 ppl in line, and only 2 tellers working Very slow slow service! Had to wait over 15-20 mins..

Whats worse closed on Sundays and Mondays? Doesn't make any sense. Old ancient system of still asking for driver's license and bank card together? TD Bank - insert chip card and your ID is verified in less than a second and its fully staffed, wait times are non existent at TD bank

I came to the fleetwood branch to open an account I was booked with Gunjan Sharma. After our meeting and providing her with all of my credit and financial details she walked away to get me information to follow up on another appointment for a consolidation loan. When she was far away I heard another employee ask, you're not giving her your card? She returned with another employees card with the same banking Specialist title. I guess she knew by the information I provided it would be a waste of time. She booked the appointment with Kelsey Sanders and didn't say it would be a telephone appointment and I almost went into the branch unnecessarily. As it turned out I did not qualify after all which should have been told to me ahead of time before wasting my and Ms Sanders time. We'll see if I stay here. See how it goes I guess.

Accessibility information - This review was prepared by my grade 9 social studies students after a site visit.

It is a bank which is very accessible for everyone. There are a total of 11 accessible parking spots and all of them are less than 10 meters away from the entrance. The entrance has a button that can open and close the door automatically, and there weren't any stairs on the way towards the entrance. I personally think the inside of the bank is wide and large enough to move around, however, the poles in the middle could be an obstacle. Also, I think all of the desks and machines are short enough for people on wheelchairs to reach. Therefore, I recommend this bank for its accessibility.

Very good location, they speak all languages and provide excellent banking services, as a local credit union they are contributing well. Some members reviewed, that the teller speaking language other than English or French, thats called customer service not unpatriotic. It should offend one only if the teller speaks that you don't understand.

Had a bank account here when they were in Evergreen Mall. Then they moved to a stand-alone building beside the Petro Canada. Now in this convenient location. They were good until recently....

I was looking for a good mortgage rate for our first home. Another credit union was recommended. We were quoted a good rate by that credit union.
To see if Coast Capital Savings could offer the same rate, we were told that we had to provide paychecks and income for the last two years. Also needed to show proof that our down payment was not a "gift" from "another source" like family.
Coast Capital, you could have looked at our records and clearly seen that we had saved our down payment for 4 years.
