This company's customer service experience was nothing short of a nightmare. Their representatives displayed an alarming level of impatience and a complete lack of willingness to address even the simplest of inquiries. What's even more distressing is that I had called them a total of six times the previous day and an additional six times on the current day, seeking assistance. My attempt to seek information on how to pay off my existing auto loan was met with blatant disregard and disrespect. To make matters worse, my limited proficiency in the English language was met with instant dismissal, as they abruptly terminated the call without offering any assistance or understanding. This egregious level of unprofessionalism and indifference is deeply concerning and wholly unacceptable.

WOULD RATE THIS LESS THAN 1 STAR IF POSSIBLE!

My vehicle is currently leased through Travelers. I have been trying to trade this vehicle to a dealership in attempts to lease another vehicle.

Travelers is holding my vehicle hostage and insists that only I can personally buy out the vehicle. I do not have the funds to pay such a large amount at once, but my dealership is willing to buy out the vehicle. Travelers is now refusing to sell the vehicle to the dealership and insists that only I can pay it off.

My overall experience with Travelers Finance has been horrible, probably the worst in my life. This does not feel like a company running in Canada, but more like overseas scammer (I know this is a COAST CAPITAL company). The staff is sending very vague and condescending emails without providing any real information. It seems like the staff/management does not have a clear understanding of their stance but is very hostile and threatening in pushing this regulations.

We have our automobile financed through Travelers Finance and overall our experience has been very poor. Not only did we get very vague emails from their staff, it has also come across very hostile and threatening. They were not helpful in assisting our questions which is what I would expect from a service industry. Safe to say we will never do business with Travelers Finance again in the future.

So far, so good. I financed my used car purchase from a reputable high end dealer through this company. I haven't tried to sell it or trade it in. I just make my monthly payments.
