They put me down as no payment, which is now on my insurance record, even though I did not authorize in any way that I was extending my insurance. They assumed I was and gave no indication of what would happen. They essentially pushed their services on me, and now I'm being punished for going with a cheaper yearly costing service. I stayed in my original contract with them, they extended their service with no authority from me, and now my premiums will be higher when I go for car insurance, or any other insurance needs. This should be illegal!!!!

I had 1 speeding ticket and it breaks the system Or is this just a personal information collection machine. No trust.
