Cancelled my insurance from here and told the agent to send a cheque refund and not refund the credit card as I no longer have the card. The agent put the refund on the credit card- somebody needs to provide them with proper training. Now I have to figure out how to get the refund....

The girl there Susanna provides the worst customer sevice ever. She was so rude to the people before us so we’re kinda hesitant to go to her but then, there are other available agent so we had no choice but to deal with her. The way she speaks is so rude like she’s annoyed everytime we ask her question. If you don’t like your job then just look for other job instead of acting like that at work

I only had a question about a citation given to me by RCMP for a tail light not working but reception took a couple of minutes to look actually look at it and give me the information I needed to take care of it. She was most definitely a people person. Quite refreshing and appreciated.

Called here two days ago to renew my insurance and an agent, I think by the name of Vanushka (who was a trainee), helped me and was very polite and knowledgable. She recognized me when I went in person. Will definitely come back here for my next renewal!
