I came in during the day looking to open a BMO eclipse infinite Visa credit card but there were no tellers present or available. I waited 10 minutes and was never once greeted or acknowledged by anyone working at this branch. One of the employees working there was with another client but was only standing around and she did not bother greeting me or telling me that they would assist after they were done.

This is highly unprofessional of any bank or business to completely ignore potential customers.

I would not recommend this branch to anyone looking to conduct banking matters in person.

My experience at this branch was incredibly disappointing. As a bank employee, if you are unsure or do not understand something, please don't pretend that you do. It would be better to honestly admit when you don't know, consult your colleagues, or have them assist me, rather than giving random advice and guidance that caused inconvenience and wasted my time. This behavior is very unprofessional!

The ladies at the front counter are always full of smiles and such a delight to deal with.

This has got to be the best banking experience for me.

Good people here. Friendly solve my problem and answer my question properly and nicely.
I was trouble with the charge of 110 dollars cause my student plan they suddenly change to a plan that charge 1.5 when you over the 25 times and charge you all together end this month didn't tell you this Jan.
Friendly lady Abby here help me and listen to my problem give me idea to change plan and give me 100 dollar back
Then I ask her bout lots of questions but the plan, situation to pay withdrawal and payments.
She ask properly then I find out is already out of time of her work time.
That's really awful to let over work. And her colleague Nick tell that I realized.
So Nick help out with the rest of the problems I wanna ask.

But still I wanna say how awful this band doing! Change my plan and all the things itself without telling me text, phone , I didn't check emai but I'm not sure cause bmo always sending some email that my payments. I'm really happy that I got back my 100 dollars but I still serious accusation for this! When I was get my bank card is no limit for transfer and not that plan, but suddenly bring move and being charge!

Please avoid the personal banker who named Julie Zhou.She is the most irresponsibleI and impolite person I have ever met.
I have received an promotion for 4.85% interest rate in my saving account. Yesterday(January 3th) I went to the Branch to confirm with BMO, one of the lady told me my rate is already exist, I could just put money in the savings account, the system will automatically calculate the internets. But Julie insists that I already miss the offer because I was declined it, and she said she already double check with the head office about it. so I took more than a hour to know that I don't have the offer of 4.85% rate, I only got regular rate at 0.85% in my account, so I had to move money to CIBC which offer better rates at 4%. But today when I check my bank account, my savings account received interests of 4.85% last month. I'm totally fooled by the staff at BMO. and I lose an amount
of interest because of Julie's unprofessional.

what's more, when I ask Julie can I get her business card in case I might need her help someday, she said no, and she said the reason for no is that I would throw it on the road and cause trouble for her. Is it an interesting reason?

I thought the most staffs in this branch are nice and professional, but this experience with Julie changes my thoughts.
