Brutal, just brutal. Staff never seem to work (constant out of office replies), call the branch and get nowhere because they say they're too busy. We went into the branch and the manager came out and literally said "sorry we're too busy to help you" and sent us away. Documents for signing are sent with a lot of errors, you try to cancel something and it doesn't seem to go through when they say it will..it's actually the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Do not bank with them! It's a nightmare!

Cancelling your account is a nightmare, specially if you live in area where servus credit union doesnt exist. Thanks for the extra charges even though you promise to close my account. I recommend people to go with a global bank, like Scotia,Cibc,RBC. Also tip life lesson get it in writing or email NEVER EVER TRUST PEOPLES WORD!!! It will bite you in the ass.

I used to love coming here......but lately seems different......so many extra charges .....from paper fees to printing fees to monthly fee.......if it was easier to change my business to another bank i would give it s try😕
