THE MOST WORST BANKING EVER!
I didn’t get my payment from the work because of Servus Bank, month ago.
And also, all my orders on the Black Friday was declined, without any issues, and my debit card was locked, with my own money! Not recommended anyone!!!!

Unfortunately this branch is an absolute nightmare to deal with. I was promised a new card would be left for me with the tellers (after jumping through insane hoops to open an account, despite already being a member) and of course when I showed up, there was no card. The employee who I won't name, but who has been called out on other reviews, promised the card would be ready but she was off and the staff couldn't reach her. The tellers then cancelled my existing card by accident while trying to issue me a new one. This was an insanely long and painful process...finally got my card and new account up and running only to pay ridiculous fees and to have the online banking glitch frequently. Would never EVER recommend Servus to anyone, especially this branch. I am currently switching banks and its eye opening at how behind and terrible this credit union is.

Prefer this Servus over any others. Whenever we have questions (mtg, RRSP, etc) we talk with Charlene. She is very helpful and works to figure out the best solution for us.

Paid a bill with the help of an teller, unfortunately it ended up being paid twice. Two days later my wife went crazy about the account. So went back and a second teller helped recall the payment, and another employee said due to a couple errors, I remind you mine being the start of it all, they would return the money to the account right then and wait for the recall to come in.
Probably the best customer service I have ever had. Truly appreciated every one the this banks employees as all understood my situation and had a smile regarding my dying by wife's hands. Hearty Five Stars and thank you.

One star is too much. Met with Chelsea and tried to open an account on my brother’s behalf. Had all the legal documents but this person and her supervisor declined. My brother has been in hospital for four months. They maintain he must come in person. I went to this branch because of the glowing recommendation of a trusted friend. Sure they have their rules but there was absolutely no compassion for my brother. No empathy for his plight. No best wishes. Well merry Christmas to you Chelsea and your stone cold supervisor. I suggest anyone avoid this branch. Both scotia bank and ATB are willing to do what Servus won’t.

This branch is the most unfriendly hospitable banking institution I have ever seen. Quite frankly they let you know if you are not their member they will not provide any service to you. I was willing to pay to certify a check from a member of that branch but they refused. I offered to pay a service charge, they still refused. They wanted me to drive for an hour to pick up my brother so he could certify it. I explained that I found it very strange, but they just said too bad , you not our member. I will never open an account at Servus credit Union with attitudes and policy,s like they portrayed. You guys suck.

Charlene put up with a ton of questions, for months on end. Sandesh put up with a bunch of chaos being tossed on his plate last minute, with being over worked and email difficulties. Feelings happened and were expressed, but at the end of the day we worked it out and made a mortgage happen, so I could be free of a difficult living situation. I'm being freed. Thank you.. So many thank yous.

My Grandmother experienced a disgraceful lack of compassion and lack of responsibility from Servus Credit Union as she tried to deposit insurance and government cheques for my late Grandfather. Faced with "mismatching names" (in fact not), the manager sent her (a 10 year+ customer) away to figure it out herself. After a week of back-and-forth, SCUBaseline has realized they messed up (as the names DID match their own documents!) but refuses to provide an apology to my widowed Grandmother. If this is how SCUBaseline treats someone who recently lost a loved one, how do you expect them to treat any customer? All we asked for was a call to apologize. Do not take your business here, you will not be treated as a person.
