Jaime is exceptional at what she does. Jaime is incredibly creative and thorough in finding ways to get mortgages. I have had several transactions go through her since moving to the Edmonton area, and I wouldn't have been able to get many of them done without her. If you are looking for an excellent mortgage broker, I would highly recommend Jaime. She is amazing to work with and very knowledgeable, makes you feel well taken care of. After deciding it was time to buy our first home, we were told by two other mortgage professionals that we wouldn’t get the financing, due to some credit issues a few years previous. Those brokers said we would need a co-signer, which wasn’t an option for us. We decided to try one more time, and after a google search, intuitively chose Jaime! We couldn’t be happier! Those other brokers told us it may be possible in 6 - 24 months, and with Jaime’s guidance and knowledge, we got financing in 2 Months! She knew exactly what steps to take, was always very clear in communicating, knew what lenders would ask for, and went to work for us. Plus she got us a great rate - better than what those first brokers were hoping for. Although there was lots of work involved to get our mortgage approval, Jaime made the process smooth and convenient! Primarily working with us via email and phone, and only one meeting to sign the papers. As busy parents - this is just what we needed. I don’t even know where to begin. Jaime is so patient, easy-going, and she made our experience as stress-free as possible. Quick responses, no question was too silly or redundant for her to take the time to explain. She makes sure that you feel like the priority, no matter how much she has going on.
I kind of don’t want to tell anyone about her and just keep her as our amazing little secret weapon, but I will honestly recommend to her anyone! And her partner Shawn was right there to assist with anything which we appreciated greatly!
