Was with them for many years, they consistently increased my insurance every year, until last month I changed to TD insurance. My insurance was cut in half, went from almost 1200$ a month with Desjardins to 650 with TD. When I asked if they would match this, they said no. Then proceeded to charge me 84$ per policy for cancelation.

While I find the rates a little higher perhaps than competitors, their service and professionalism when you have a claim is simply unbeatable! I advice to everyone not get any policy from these guys .Dont fell in there trap of taking just quote never send them ur license or any id after two days they will send i new quotation which will be very high in price and if u want to to say no .they will ask you to pay 600 or may be more bucks to just asking quote .Thanks be carefull guys.
