Took our company truck for a tire service because it was leaking air and they didn’t torque it back. I am glad the tire didn’t came off at the highway. Also, They needed to order a new tire or something for us. So they asked us to come back next week. But before we picked up the truck we requested them if they can fill up the air for us and they said they will do it and didn’t do it. I went in and requested again and they said it has already been filled. They lied to us. Take your truck to a local shop you will get better service than this and will be cheap too. Beware of these guys. These guys are scammers. Nobody said to bring back the truck after 100 KM and they are arguing it’s our fault now.

Leaving the lot heart broken. Brought my RV in to have my Carbon Monoxide detector replaced; parked behind an open bay as guided and directed… asked if it’ll be okay parked there and told “that truck in there is having the windshield replaced, it’s not coming out anytime soon” …

While browsing new vehicles a mechanic/technician backed into my truck damaging the front end with another customer’s vehicle.

Upon requesting insurance information I was denied and directed to the local body shop to be “taken care of”.

I am disappointed with Lakeside Ford failing to provide insurance information and wanting to do everything under the table to save a buck.the manager told me the parts and replacements will cost under 2K.

Their customer service is second to none as the salesman almost had me however I will not be utilizing their services ever again.

The damage is over 4K as estimated at an intact certified body shop in Edmonton. I can assure you, Lakeside Ford has not taken care of me. Glad they didn’t hit my trailer
