Worst service. You can see there is a line up and multiple staff but only one teller. You shouldn't have to wait 20 minutes to deposit money. Do better.

Awful customer service at this branch. Have had my account with Servus for 22 yrs. Went from work on a payday Friday lunch hour to get cash from the drive thru machine, out of cash. Park and go inside to the machine, out of cash as well. Stand in line now waiting. I watch a teller helping a customer and had to leave their counter. As they were coming back, they decide to stop at someone’s else’s counter and have a little interruptive visit with that customer. Meanwhile their customer is standing there watching this too lol wow. Then I get that teller. I mention that none of their machines have money in them and it’s kind of inconvenient. Instantly they want to check my ID. I offered my account number and was denied and asked for ID. I said forget it and left Today I tried using that drive thru bank machine and it denied me making a transaction there now for "some reason". I am most definitely looking for a new bank to deal with in the near future.

I was JUST in there to exchange a melted, ripped $5 and I GOTTA say it’s was THEE best experience I’ve had in a LONG time in A bank! I wish I would have gotten the names of 2 that made my day!
I think one’s name was “Sid”, but the other one was in a blue long cardigan.
Definitely want to return to this location!!!

We had an awful experience with Servus. Their customer service was absolutely terrible - specifically Tonia & Kelsey at the south hill branch. We set up our mortgage with them and were not informed or notified that our rate had expired. We were simply told that our rate went up 0.5% and had to sign for the new rate or it would go up again the next day. We ended up dealing with the district manager Sherri as well who took no responsibility and tried to blame the issue on everyone else. Everyone gave us the same excuse that "their hands were tied" and could not help us. This is unacceptable customer service. We will be cancelling all of our accounts and moving to a different bank and will definitely not be renewing our mortgage after our 5 years.
We have told everyone we know about our awful experience and will never be supporting Servus ever again.

I have been banking at servus over 15 years now. The staff are usually very friendly, but that's where the good stops. I have nothing but problems going in to do depots, always getting questioned about my paycheck. Them never wanting to depot it...
Or wanting to hold large somes of money. My wife never seems to have a problem depositing my check. For some odd reason.
I have tried using there photo depot a few times. Only for them to hold my money. On several occasions!! One time, 14 business days later. I had to phone a customer service representative. To have them release the money. It's only supposed to be a few days. I'm tired of being treated like this. I don't feel like a valued customer most of the time I go into branchs.
I can't wait to switch banks......

Today we had to resolve issues with several checks from the US being sent to collections, changing our account type, arranging a wire transfer deposit, and changing our home branch. Lesley was an extreme help and dealing with these issues was a pleasant experience.
