I have numerous projects that I have awarded to Fondas Plbg/Htg: New Construction Workshop: plbg & htg. 2piece bathroom/ laundry tub and in-ground heating system c/w tie into existing water/sewer connections. Supply & install a new high efficiency furnace system c/w high end humidifier. The tradesmen and office staff are all very professional and respectful of my time. I was not looking for the cheapest, I was looking for the best skillset with the ability to give me a great job for a reasonable cost. They have an excellent attention to detail, a keen understanding of grasping the task and providing options that if left to my skillset, I would never had considered. I would suggest that you strongly consider them for any projects or preventive maintenance services that you might have.

This my personal experience with Fonda's plumbing, my wife and I had an ordeal this week with our 18 month old in the hospital, when we came home to pick up more items we came across our furnace not working and the house was freezing!

We had originally called another company that scheduled us between 12 and 4 today and also added us to an urgent list. Halfway through this time frame they called to cancel even though we explained our situation, they would not entertain the option to do after hours. They told us the next available appointment was Monday which is unacceptable.

We had called Fonda's Plumbing and explained our situation and even though they were fully booked, the owner himself (Kelly) came out within an hour and diagnosed the problem. Turned out to be a simple fix without using parts. He had even shown me what to look for in case it happens again.

I can't thank him enough that he came by and diagnosed the problem quickly. I will be certainly calling them again if we have problems and do recommend others to give them a call.

One of their guy was at our place to service the hydronic heating system which was paid for and I requested to change the values for the flush and apply a bit of caulking in one of the bathroom, they over charges me with $600 in parts and 2.5 hours of labor.
Upon request, they never gave me a breakdown of the parts. And it did not take them 2.5 hours for the job as well.
Will never use them again.

Update: Meaningless reply to my review, your invoice doesn’t show what parts you charged me for, exactly what work was performed.
