DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Absolute gong show organization, thieves, con artists. I paid what was owed to this company wanted absolutely nothing to do with them, asked for invoices to be sent to me multiples times to see what I was paying for and why (still got nothing). Thought I was done with them I paid them and thought good riddance. Then I get a call a few months later stating that I paid too much, so they ask for information and send back what they claimed they owed me. I thought okay finally I’m done with them. Think again I get a email stating I owe them the money and that it has been sent to the collection agency. They will prob try come and steal my vehicle again. And hold it for ransom. This company is absolutely a gong show and I hope this message helps everyone stay clear and far from this company. It wouldn’t let me mark it as zero stars by the way. Stay clear from these guys at all costs

Stay away. I thought kendcare was bad but they look like a 5 star all day long compared to this company holy cow
Customer service people are rude, nobody bothers to email or call back.
I had to make a payment date change and emailed then 3 weeks before and they didn't bother changing it

I had an extremely disappointing experience with . The process was riddled with hidden fees, poor communication, and unreasonable delays. Despite their initial promises of transparency and ease, I was misled at multiple stages, resulting in financial stress and frustration. Customer service was unhelpful, often failing to respond to my queries or providing vague and inconsistent answers. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy financing option for their vehicle."

This afternoon, we called to change our banking information (five days until the next payment). They informed me that this is not enough time to change the information and that they intend to charge the closed account and assess an NSF fee. I have never missed a payment and offered to pay the bill early. This is literally just a way to penalize loyal customers.. and at christmas, no less.. do better.

I've had no issues so far with my loan (started it in 2019) but I can't access the client portal and every single phone number on all of my documents are basically out of service. When I call one number and press whatever for the appropriate department, it gives me a different number to call that is out of service. How are customers supposed to get in contact with anyone if all of your phone numbers are out of service. The client portal is useless. Enter my first and last name and birthday which brings me to another screen telling me to enter more information but there's nothing there to fill out, just a box saying of im having trouble logging in to call this number (which of course is one of the ones that is out of service)

Stay away from this company there money hungry and aren't willing to work with you all they due is threatened to take my car even if I called them saying the payment won't clear they don't care they will take it anyway to. Make sure you get charged an nsf every single time there the biggest con arist company I have ever came across because of them I'm always stressed I now have anxiety that I never had before and depression the expect me to pay almost $1000 by next week or there taken my car most of what I'm behind is nsf fees because of them going in to my bank when I told them not too buy it's my fault not there they won't take responsibility for what they do I hope this help people in the future to stay the hell away from them if I could it would be a -5 stars that's how bad they are

This company takes advantage of you by charging ridiculous high interest rates when you’re in need of a vehicle and have no other options. They hook you with a 29.70% interest rate, promising that it will be halved within a year, which never happens. When you start to struggle, they take advantage of that by imposing high administration fees if you get behind on payments. For instance, if you purchase a vehicle for $24,997.00, and make $800 monthly payments, you could end up paying close to $60,000 by the time the loan is paid off. Additionally, if they send a repo company after you, they are rude and disrespectful, calling you names and wishing you never get the chance to finance again. This is despite the fact that their job relies on people defaulting on payments. The customer service is terrible, and I will be lodging a complaint. against Rico And Chasewood, the parent company

ZERO rating, a family member paid 28000 towards a loan for a vehicle loan of 28000. Just asked for a schedule of what was left to pay and they would not give it. Continued to charge interest though were asked for amount. They would never send the schedule of what was paid and what was left. Next a bailiff was at the door but still would not say what was left but then finally sent a blurred schedule showing approx 28000 paid but still 28000 owing. I wanted the remainder of what was actually paid and a schedule of payments. It’s been a very sad nightmare and very confusing. Here’s a novel idea - Send a email to your clients or monthly paperwork actually showing the balance of what’s owing. They were just waiting to take is, sell it and still send him a bill of what was left owing.
