We had an amazing experience with Linda at Sussex Insurance in Port Coquitlam! After a frustrating experience at another location, we came to Linda hoping for better service, and she exceeded all our expectations. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and thorough with our vehicle insurance renewal, guiding us through the process with ease. Came here to get a personalized plate for my car. They took more than a month to send my application and $100 chq to ICBC. When I called to ask if they still had my application the guy I spoke with told me they had no responsibility for mailing my application. He also told me that if my application went missing, it was my fault because i should have mailed it myself. I spoke with ICBC 2 weeks later and they finally got my application. Again, I waited patiently, never heard back from this autoplan. So again I called ICBC personalized plate department looking for an update. They told me that the Autoplan had received my plates on Sept 11, 2024. It was now Sept 24, 2024. this is absolutely unacceptable. When I went in to get the plates I was told they weren't there. They only looked once i told them I had been told by the ICBC personalized plate dept. that they had them since the 11th. Overall such a frustrating and bad experience. I will not be returning. I hope they will be better, and that others have better experiences. Total time was mid June when I submitted my application, until I got my plates Sept 24, 2024. With overall 1 call to the autoplan, and 5 calls to the ICBC personalized plate department. ICBC did amazing. Sussex Autoplan was very Poor in everyway.

Lady was very rude, aggressive, trying to find problems where they don't exist, sad to say has problems with simple math, was trying to call ICBC due to pour knowledge of what she was doing, this is the last time I will ever come here!!! Autoplan in Superstore I was in and out with in 5 minutes!!!

So last Sunday I went in to do a registration, transfer and put insurance on a used vehicle I had purchased and had the the pleasure of having Linda help me! Honestly the best customer service experience I have had in a long time...anywhere. She was immensely knowledgeable and patient with me. Answered all my questions and went above and beyond in making sure I was taken care of. If you need insurance I highly recommend you go see her. She has been in the industry for years and knows her stuff and genuinely enjoys helping people. I had never met her before that day but left feeling as if I had made a new friend. I won't be going to anyone but her for all my insurance needs from now on! She was amazing! Can't say enough good things about her.

I just got there to update my drivers license and insurance. Very friendly and super helpful staff there. He answered a lot of questions about the whole insurance system for me too because I‘m new to BC and wanted to learn about things here. This will definitely be my future go to place whenever I want to insure a new car. Can definitely recommend it!
