I have been going through CMB for almost a year now and they have been great. AK is my broker and he has gone above and beyond to help me out. If I could give them a -100 I would. It took 6 months of emails to get insurance coverage for our business 5 brokers and a lot of contradicting each other. One of the brokers sent me the insurance application to fill out myself. After I explained in detail what our business did and what I am looking for.
Absolutely no customer service.
Insurance should provide peace of mind. Knowing if something should happen you are covered. Absolutely no peace of mind here
When they finally sent a contract for payment . I had to ask for confirmation of coverage and see a policy. This was 3 months after they bound coverage. Yes read that again. 3 months after they bound coverage then they gave me 5 days to pay or they’d cancel. — this is all before I’ve seen a policy.
