I was told the management has been revamped recently so I can only speak to my recent experiences. I have dealt with Tara and Mark and they both have been very helpful. Mark has helped me navigate the multitude of questions a first time business owner might have. They have dealt with my problems quickly, and acts as a much simpler way to communicate with the CRA than using the CRA's complicated tools or their sometimes unhelpful call centre. Whenever their work was delayed causing any penalties they would always overcompensate with reductions in the final invoice.

It would be beneficial to constantly be in communication with them (which I was) so any issues in how you run your business can be corrected early. They are very helpful when setting up your account in really digging deep into your business to understand how to properly do bookkeeping and accounting. Also as you learn more about your business, I would stay in communication with Arlow and they would make recommendations and adjustments to how they work.

I did both my bookkeeping and accounting with them, and I would recommend this to other small business owners. The reasonable additional cost is certainly worth the simplification of my finances.

The accountant at this firm actually takes the time to explain the important numbers that most people don't understand. If you are looking to grow your business and get an excellent handle on where you can cut unnecessary costs, this is the place to go.

Please do not go to this place. H and R block are better than this place. They took 3 weeks for our tax to get it done and lack of communication and no passion at all what they do. They don't do their job properly. So please avoid this place.

They lack communication skills and do not expect prompt service. I would not recommend their services to any small business as they appear very unorganized every call we make for inquiries to the status of our company year end
