Extremely frustrating vist, we bought a new car and wanted to get insurance for it and we had a-lot of questions we wanted to ask but the person who helped us ( TJ ) completely ignored us. He didn’t even make eye contact and just kept snatching the paper and throwing things at us. When asked questions all he said was yes no yes no and then seemed so inconvenienced by us asking him questions. He wanted us in and out of the place. We weren’t able to ask any questions or any proper insurance and had to leave with a temporary insurance permit. Not to mention he shut all the questions down and talked to us as if we were stupid. Considering how many people have complained about that same person they would do something about it but it seems like customer service is not a concern for them they more so just want business.

The manager there charged my credit card for no reason and without my PERMISSION and she tried to justify the charges.

They even discuss your confidential information with other clients.

Been to this insurance place a few times over the years. Every time I’ve been there. It’s been nothing but a great experience. Staff is really nice very helpful knowledgable and they make everything in the process of whatever you have to get done quickly so you’re out of there in a few minutes definitely would recommenddealing with this insurance agency.
