Macleod Trail branch: Awhile back, I had to withdraw money out of my line of credit. The extra payments that you make to help bring down what you owe - do not go to the principal of the loc. They claw their interest as well. When I addressed this to the bank - I was advised that they shouldn't be taking interest on extra payments. They advised me to figure out how much they took as it was too costly for them to figure out this amount. I did my best and it is probably around $60 that they received. Not much money - but it shows their poor integrity to their customers. I haven't got the time to advise and they haven't inquired back as well. Best not to have a loan or mortgage with this bank.

Excellent customer service! Switching our mortgage and opening a line of credit was easy and was completed faster than anticipated. Pari and the rest of the team at ConnectFirst make their customers a priority! Pari took the time to thoroughly explain our options and communicated with us every step of the way. I have been doing my daily banking with this credit union for over 5 year and highly recommend it to everyone I know.

Unbelievable!! My wife stopped in to exchange money for some loonies and was met by an unfriendly teller that asked if she had an account there and when she said no she started to get a form to fill out, she left immediately!! In my view any body that enters a business is an opportunity to WOW that customer so that they want to start doing business there.
