I had a few years of personal taxes and receipts dropped off by a friend while I was and am out of province to this company. Crystal had done a year of my taxes prior. I also had a few months of a business year for gst to do. Not sure what happened or why but she did not return my calls, emails, messenger messages or text and even phone calls. Still has all my receipts, T4’s and I end up using another service and had to go through the delay and pain of retrieving all my statements and Govt documents again. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LADY OR THIS COMPANY EVER. Not professional, reliable, honest and not even the decency to return a call or ship my papers back. I wish she could be charged but RCMP said little could be done. Do not use this company. Service and professionalism are very low in her list.
