I Recently Bought a Custom Order trailer from factory outlet trailers Rob Rusznak was the sales men I Dealt with, he made the process very smooth It was exactly what I wanted Always little nervous, buying a trailer.You haven't seen yet But I put my trust into them And they made it happen. I was told it was going to be twelve weeks.It was only eight I did not catch Greg's last name But he helped with all the financing, and that was smooth as well.I sent my wife to edmonton to pick it up And they gave her a tour And made sure she knew exactly what she was doing. Very good and efficient service and Ian was really pleasant to deal with. He also showed a genuine care that I was able to sell my previous trailer quickly. They would have taken it in on trade but very understandably they would not able to offer me as much as the open market. But they tried and that was much appreciated! They new trailer was ready and in perfect condition and Ian helped me get hooked up and did all the appropriate safety checks (lights, chains and other). And it was really cold out! He also took the time to explain some of the options for securing the trailer and protecting it from theft. Very definitely Ian would be my first contact if I was in the market for another trailer. We drove up to Factory Outlet Trailers & Truck Upfitting and started looking around and then Andrew approaches us with the friendliest smile and calmest demeanor and started to help us shop for our trailer! He was so amazing from start to finish and made our experience 5 Star!
It's not what he sold us, although we did find the perfect trailer, however it was his approach, his calmness, his kindness. That is rare in this world. We found alot of trailers for sale out there but we strongly suggest if you want the best experience, go see Andrew!
Also shout out to the rest of the staff involved from the front receptionist whom was so sweet and the 2 other guys who came out to help hook up the trailer, parts installer and the guy who brought out the trailer for hook up
