We dealt with a gentleman named Neil who inquired about a vehicle at our dealership and when we followed up regarding his inquiry, he hung up insisting he is too busy. We are focused on customer service so we had our finance director follow up the next day to see if he still had interest in the vehicle he inquired about and again he was blatantly rude and said twice that "did you hear me I am busy and again hung up on her"

Is this how this company deals with customers and potential clients? We are a group of 20 plus dealerships across Canada and with this type of attitude and behavior, he just lost potential clients instead of just proposing a more convenient time to call in a more professional and diplomatic manner. Please rest assured, when asked whom to refer our customers and clients to, we WILL NOT recommend this company.

We kind of over did it at Xmas, so we checked out every car title loan company in Edmonton. Half of them we couldn't even get past the name, or they were really just pawn shops. Some actually wanted us to pay for a GPS locator for them to track our vehicle. CAI is the only place we would consider. The man we spoke to was great (Mike), and the whole process took about 1/2 an hour to get the loan. The downside is the rates for these loans are high, with CAI having an overall lower rate than most. That said, a terrific experience.

Have been putting in application 3 days ago and called everyday for someone to respond on my application. Yet to get any response. This is a very poor customer service. After reading all the good reviews here, thinking this company should be reliable but disappointed to have no response from anyone. I have been calling in for someone for 3/4 days now. Really urgent but yet could not get help
