A big thank you to Krystal Zabok for being our mortgage broker, and doing such an incredible job. We had gone to both our banks, looking for a mortgage. I'd been dealing with my own bank for over 25 years, and my spouse has been at his bank for many years as well. We hit a wall at both banks, mostly due to self-employment. One bank insisted on receiving the "T1 General". I do my spouse's personal taxes myself via Turbotax, and they only give you one version....it's not the "Short", or called the "General". They gave me one, 26 pages long, mostly blank pages. When I gave it to the Big Bank, they said it wasn't the one they wanted, it wasn't good enough, even though it was the only one I could get. We gave up on hopes for a mortgage. I heard about Krystal and reached out. Have no fear....a scope of over 150 lenders are here! And she lead us step by step through the whole process to ensure nothing would stop or slow down the transaction.
