I strongly advise against dealing with 2020 Management in Fort McMurray. This place is an absolute joke! They are notorious for ripping off tenants with exorbitant condo fees, yet they fail to perform any meaningful work on the common property. It's a classic case of paying a premium for nothing in return. If you value your money and sanity, steer clear of any strata associated with 2020 Management. Their lack of professionalism and blatant disregard for tenant concerns is appalling. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere!

They like to hand out parking tickets when there aren’t any signs saying you can’t park there. Whoever is issuing the tickets is incompetent and needs to get their eyes checked.

I have rented in Gregoire Park in fort McMurray ab in 2020, the park roads where a mess back then, 2 years later after moving out of the park, and back to the park to rent a different trailer there are pot holes still in the same spots, new huge potholes that literally your front end of your car will fall in are all around EVERY SINGLE ROAD in the park. There is nothing being done this year either except putting orange cones in some of the pothole. Don't move to gregoire Park, do not buy a home in the park they just take the condo fees and do nothing for the park. It is a descrace and shady business if you ask me opinion.
